The work in the wine cellar is the continuation of the work in the vineyards. The slow process of transformation happens here, making sure that the characteristics of each grape variety and each vineyard exposition are respected. The wines are cared for on a daily basis by those who have followed each development with passion. During the maturation period, in small French oak barrels and handcrafted amphoras, regular tasting of the wines are held before they are selected to represent the Estate.
