The young white grappa was exclusively distilled in 2014 from fresh pomace from LeCorgne Estate’s white grapes: Trebbiano Spoletino, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc. Our master distiller carefully supervised all the steps of the distillation process. 

Elegant and delicate on the nose, our grappa opens up with a sweet floral aroma, rich, harmonious, releasing an infinite complexity.

The palate confirms the sensations of the nose. Grappa Bianca Le Corgne displays a surprising balance and smoothness with a pleasant persisting finish. Due to these rare qualities, our grappa was awarded with Italy's only gold medal at the World Championships in Brussels in 2014.
